WASHINGTON--Britain's BAE SYSTEMS [BA.L] yesterday unveiled a corporate reorganization to further streamline its operations, elevating former export control chief Sir Charles Masefield to vice chairman, and BAE North America chief Mark Ronald becoming one of three chief operating officers.
