PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 21, 2002
Kramont Realty Trust (NYSE:KRT), a neighborhood and community shopping center real estate investment trust, today announced it has signed a 12 1/2-year lease with Stratford Fitness Center, Inc., for a 20,000 square foot full-service fitness center at Stratford Square Shopping Center, Stratford, CT.
The lease is valued at approximately $2.6 million.
Stratford Fitness Center is affiliated with Boston Fitness Management Group, which manages and operates nine fitness centers in the Greater New England area.
