NAUGATUCK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 21, 2002
VITAL Network Services, Inc., of Naugatuck, Connecticut, announced today the completion of its acquisition from Mayan Networks Corporation of San Jose, California, by a group of private investors. As a result of the acquisition, VITAL Network Services becomes an independent company for the first time in its 30-year existence.
