BANKERS CORP. FILES AMENDMENT TO SEC REGISTRATION STATEMENT
PERTH AMBOY, N.J., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Bankers Corp., the proposed holding company for Bankers Savings, announced that it had filed an amendment to its registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission related to a revaluation and resolicitation of subscribers and community members in connection with its conversion from mutual to stock form.
It is anticipated that 4,700,000 shares of common stock will be offered at a price of $8.50 to $11.50 per share. The midpoint of the new valuation range is $47.0 million, reduced from the previous midpoint of $62.5 million.
