Together At The Bluebird Cafe was recorded September 13, 1995 at Nashville's fabled Bluebird Cafe, during one of the venue's trademark sing-arounds. This has to have been one of the most magical nights ever in that little room as amigos Steve Earle, Guy Clark and the late, great Townes Van Zandt traded songs. Since all three are as good as Texas songwriters get, the show had to be a gem. All three were in rare form and most congenial. I must consider the album's release a lagniappe.
