WASTE-QUIP, INC. ACQUIRES DEMPSTER SYSTEMS
BEACHWOOD, Ohio, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Waste-Quip, Inc. announced today that it has acquired the business and substantially all of the assets of Dempster Systems, Inc., one of the nation's leading manufacturers of equipment for the waste management industry, from KRUG International (NASDAQ: KRUG). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
