SAN DIEGO -- Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. , operator of the Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes restaurants, said that on Thursday, January 31, 2002, the company will release results for its fiscal 2002 first quarter ended December 31. The company also said that Michael Mack, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and David Qualls, chief financial officer, will host an investor conference call that same day at 9:00 a.m. Pacific (12:00 p.m. Eastern) to review the company's financials and operations for the first quarter.
