LOS ANGELES -- After cultivating a four-year relationship on either sides of the production pipeline, Cologne-based Splendid Medien AG and Los Angeles based Cutting Edge Entertainment (CEE) jointly announced today the formation of Splendid Pictures, Inc. The new entity, to be headed by CEE founder and principal David Glasser and Splendid CEO Andreas Klein, Will focus on feature film development, production and distribution and will encompass CEE's current production roster and staff in its entirety. Glasser will maintain a 20% share of Splendid Pictures and will hold the title of CEO.
