ASHLAND, Ky., March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- John D. Van Meter has been appointed president of Ashland Oil International Ltd., a London, England-based subsidiary of Ashland Oil Inc. (NYSE: ASH), according to John R. Hall, Ashland chairman and chief executive officer.
