Inc. dba BioSecure Corp., (BULLETIN BOARD: YCCI) , announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Airsopure Inc., ( www.airsopure.com ) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Airtech International Group Inc., (BULLETIN BOARD: AIRG) ( www.airtechgroup.com ) to form a joint venture to develop and market air cleaning technology and equipment manufactured and marketed by Airtech.
