AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- MSX International, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a technology alliance with IBM, and has chosen the company as its preferred provider of technology infrastructure services. As part of the alliance, MSX International has signed a $45 million agreement under which IBM will manage its data centers worldwide and provide systems integration for the development of new technologies that support MSX International's global customers.
