DIXON TICONDEROGA COMPANY NAMES VICE PRESIDENT-FINANCE AND CFO
VERO BEACH, Fla., March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Dixon Ticonderoga Company (AMEX: DXT) announced today the appointment of Richard A. Asta in the newly created position of senior vice president-finance and chief financial officer of Dixon Ticonderoga Company, based in Vero Beach.
Asta comes to Dixon from the international public accounting firm of Laventhol & Horwath in Chicago, where he was a partner. He has been associated with that firm since 1978. He holds a B.S. in accounting from DePaul University and is a C.P.A. in three states.
