COUNT ME among those you call "tyrants" (Life and liberty," Dec. 10), for I applaud President Bush's military order regarding the detention, treatment and trial of certain noncitizens in the war on terrorism. Military commissions are one necessary tool to bring terrorists to justice under extraordinary world conditions. I draw on the knowledge and experience of being a lifelong Presbyterian and a former general counsel of the U.S. Air Force.
