H & H Marine in Steuben, Maine, continues to turn out a lot of hulls for fishermen throughout New England.
One of the recent ones went to Phil Mason, a Marshfield, Mass., lobsterman. The Pot Luck is a well-equipped Osmond 42. Few lobster boats are built with any more accommodations than a V-berth, and that is usually no more than a storage area for pot warp. But in Mason's boat, besides the V-berth, there is a galley area, enclosed head and a microwave.
On deck is a split wheelhouse with bench seats, and half-inch bridge tile covers the back deck. Bridge tile adds some weight and expense to the boat, but it's not as hard on a lobsterman's ...
