AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Jan. 25 PRNewswire-AsiaNet - MSX International, Inc. announced today that it had entered into a technology alliance with IBM, and had chosen the company as its preferred provider of technology infrastructure services.
As part of the alliance, MSX International had signed a $US45 million agreement, under which IBM would manage its data centers worldwide and provide systems integration for the development of new technologies that support MSX International's global customers.
