Its price falls along with the pricing down of methanol, which also results from increasing resource and decreasing demand and reducing applications.
Recently domestic market quotation on formaldehyde is slipping down continuously. At present, quoted price in south region of China is at 1 153-1 300 yuan /t, while the trading price in bulk in some other cities has dropped to 950-1 000 yuan/t., in the mean time slack atmosphere exists all over the domestic market. Consumers are thin on the ground and have no interest to involve in, their trading hope is decreased gradually.
