Binion's Horseshoe Riverboat in Hammond, Ind., has a new, deluxe High Limit room. Besides having 10 blackjack tables, it also has eight mini-baccarat tables. That's really a lot, since most local casinos have between zero and two apiece.
When I saw eight tables for baccarat alone, I asked the blackjack dealer, "Do you ever fill all those up?" as I pointed across the aisle.
"If you'll still be here after 5 o'clock, you'll see," he replied. "We're the biggest baccarat boat in the Midwest."
