CHICAGO, March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- First Chicago Corp. (NYSE: FNB) announced that Owen J. Cheevers will join the bank as senior managing director of First Chicago Capital Markets, Inc., a subsidiary of First Chicago Corp., where he will be responsible for heading up the corporation's high yield securities division.
