GROSSE POINTE FARMS, Mich. -- Led by Indy Racing League driver Robbie Buhl plus drivers and riders from the Dayton Indy Lights, Skip Barber and American Motorcycle Association Grand National Dirt Track racing circuits, Racing for Kids(R) visited 26 hospitals and nearly 2,000 sick children during the 2001 Racing Season.
Racing For Kids(R) (RFK), in its 13th year, is a not-for-profit organization with a simple mission: use the increasing popularity of motorsports to focus public attention and funding on the health care needs of children.
