CALGARY -- - TC PipeLines, LP (the Partnership) today announced 2001 net income of US$43.5 million or US$2.40 per unit, a 17% increase compared to 2000 net income of US$37.2 million or US$2.08 per unit. The Partnership reported 2001 fourth quarter net income of US$11.8 million or US$0.65 per unit, compared to net income of US$10.4 million or US$0.58 per unit for 2000 fourth quarter.
