VIRGINIA BEACH -- Billy Carroll figures he's been out to sea more than a thousand times in the past 16 years.
He's snagged his share of white marlin and has been in waters where great white sharks roam.
But none of that, he said, comes close to what he and four friends saw Sunday morning.
