Mayhem reigns on home video this week.
Even without any rude waiters, the amazing Jet Li smashes his way through Paris in "Kiss of the Dragon" (Fox). Li finally hits the mark in his third big Hollywood picture, playing a Chinese agent framed by bad cops and befriended by haggard prostitute Bridget Fonda. The fights are overedited (Li's "Fist of Legend" is his gold standard) and Li's English remains distractingly inept. But, co-produced and co-written by Luc Besson, "KOD" is a martial-arts movie in the same class as Bruce Lee's "Enter the Dragon." Heresy, grasshopper? Monitor your pulse when the action starts and the techno music kicks in.
