Jan. 29--Ron Gossen moved his firm, Ateleir Architecture, from Johns Island to Seabrook Island a year ago to be closer to his clients.
"Ninety-eight percent of my work is on Kiawah," said the architect, sitting in his comfortable, spacious office that overlooks the marsh. "Usually a person who wants to spend $400,000 or less on a house is not going to employ an architect."
