Jan. 30--STAR NOMINATIONS DUE: The Hamilton County Convention & Visitors Bureau is accepting nominations for its annual Superior Tourism Achievement Recognition, or STAR, awards.
Nominees must work or volunteer for county attractions, shops, hotels, restaurants or other tourism-related firms, public safety personnel or service groups and may not be managers.
Those nominated should have an excellent record of service, exemplary work ethic, and friendly and courteous attitude.
The bureau will present STAR Awards at a luncheon and awards ceremony March 6.
