PRADA SHOP WILL HAVE UNVEILING ON COAST
BEVERLY HILLS - The first Prada shop on the West Coast opens today at 9521 Brighton Way, here.
Judy Brand Leaf, owner of the 1,600-square-foot store predicts handbags will be the shop's bestselling item, followed by shoes and luggage.
There are 14 company-owned Prada shops worldwide. Leaf is the first franchise owner. Leaf has invested about $500,000 in the boutique, which is a short walk from Rodeo Drive. The store will carry the full range of Prada's leather and gift items, in addition to ready-to-wear.
