Columbia ParCar Corporation recently announced it has received zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) certification from the California Air Resources Board (CARB) for two of the company's neighborhood electric vehicles (NEVs).
The company said its two- and four-passenger NEV Commuter vehicles will receive ZEV certification permits allowing the company to receive "zero-emission" credits from the state of California.
