FRANKFURT -- The Messe Frankfurt has taken over the Paris textile fair Texworld.
Texworld runs concurrently with the Premiere Vision fabric fair. It is a forum for non-European fabric makers, who are not allowed to exhibit at PV, to reach buyers in Paris for the major fabric event.
Daniel Rubinstein, the founder and former owner of Texworld, will continue as general manager of the next edition of the show, to run Feb. 20-22, Messe Frankfurt said. The German organization also said Rubinstein and his wife, Nadine Rubinstein-Grinbert will assist the Messe Frankfurt as consultants in the future.
