OXFORD, Mich. -- Randall G. Fox, president and chief executive officer of Oxford Bank, a subsidiary of Oxford Bank Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: OXBC) , announced today the retirement of Janet B. Kargetta, vice president and consumer loan officer. The retirement is to be effective February 14, 2002.
A banker for over 30 years, Mrs. Kargetta has managed Oxford Bank's consumer lending division since 1988, with responsibility for overseeing the Bank's VISA merchant services, installment lending, home equity lending, and VISA and MasterCard credit cards.
