FRANKFURT, Germany, and BARCELONA, Spain -- Private Media Group Inc. (Security no. 913 311), Barcelona/Spain, has decided to postpone its secondary public offering on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Neuer Markt, planned for February 4th, in agreement with the Lead Manager, Commerzbank Securities.
Given current market conditions, Private Media and Commerzbank Securities agree that the market is not providing an appropriate environment for a successful secondary placement at this time.
