"I'M delighted to be coming back to Cardiff - and to be bringing so many Labour colleagues with me.
The city hosts this weekend the second biggest conference in our party's calendar. I've no doubt, following the outstanding success of the European Summit, that all attending will leave Cardiff with a firm impression of a vibrant and modern city.
There is a real spring in Cardiff's step nowadays - and a new confidence and optimism across Wales about the challenges ahead.
