Pleasant Holidays hopes to enroll 10,000 retailers nationwide in its new five-lesson educational program by the end of 2002. As of mid-December, more than 3,000 agents already had enrolled in Pleasant Holidays University Education Program. The program, developed by Travel Agent University, the educational arm of Travel A gent magazine, focuses on helping agents increase business in such niches as soft adventure, family and senior travel.
