Japanese major, Oki Electric Industry, said it has established a new software company in China's Jiangsu Province. The Company, named OKI Software Technology Co., Ltd., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. in Japan, capitalized at 100 million yen (USD750,000), and established in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, an important center for software development. The company commences its operation with 40 employees, and will increase to 500 employees in 2005.
