Between the Super Bowl and the Olympics, February is shaping up to be National Couch Potato Month. Oh, sure - a few hardy souls will be inspired by the sight of all those skiers and skaters, and will take to the slopes and the rinks. The rest of us will be slumped on the couch, gaping at the athletes whose feats we could never hope to emulate.
For the many who are mesmerized by this spectacle, the games offer an excuse to do something they ordinarily might not: eat family dinners in front of the tube.
