Feb. 6--RICHLAND, Pa.--Eight-year-old Leona Deschler came down with an "itchy, burny, hot and bumpy" rash on Thursday at Richland Elementary School in Bucks County.
She returned to school the next day and again got the rash. After the weekend, Leona went back on Monday and got the rash again.
"It was on my arms and my back. Now I think it's on my legs," said Leona, a third grader.
The Richland Elementary School building, which houses 460 students in kindergarten through fifth grade, was closed yesterday, and Leona reported no rash. The school will remain ...
