PROFESSOR Jim Horne, director of the Sleep Research Centre at Loughborough University, says one of the biggest obstacles that insomniacs face is worrying about their lack of sleep - which can make the problem even worse.
"DON'T look at the clock - time is the insomniac's curse. Don't worry that you haven't had enough sleep - you'll probably sleep soundly the next day.
