Stagnito's New Products received an interesting e-mail the other day. It was from Rudy Phillips, an industry consultant with a rather illustrious career as an industry executive. Rudy is familiar with other Stagnito publications and has been a reader of SNP since its introductory issue back in June. He wrote on Nov. 16 to congratulate us on our effort and wished us a "successful continuation." He wrote of the importance of innovation, the need for change, higher benchmarks, and re-establishing standards of excellence.
