CEO To Retire

Bob Delfay, chief executive of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) for more than 15 years, has announced his intention to retire at the end of 2002.

"During Bob's tenure as chief executive, he has played a key role in the extraordinary success of the SHOT Show, created and directed numerous successful shooting sports promotions, increased NSSF membership from 200 to more than 1,900, and directed the creation and growth of the Hunting and Shooting Sports Heritage Fund," said Don Gobel, chairman of the NSSF board of governors.
