Acxiom Corp. of Little Rock confirmed earlier earnings guidance of 12-14 cents a share for the third quarter, company officials said last week.
The expected profit will be within analyst's estimates.
Acxiom expects revenue for the quarter of $220-$225 million.
In addition, the company has sold its Sigma Marketing Group subsidiary. Sigma, of Rochester, N.Y., was acquired by Acxiom in 1998 along with its parent, May & Speh Inc.
The predicted earnings per share represents a 59 percent decrease from the same period last year, when the company earned 34 cents per share, but Acxiom paid $55 million toward debt reduction in the quarter, CFO ...
