AMERICAN LIFE LEAGUE RESPONDS TO U.S. COURT OF APPEALS RULING IN BOSTON

STAFFORD, Va., March 21 /PRNewswire/ -- "It can't be constitutional to refer clients for child-killing," Judie Brown, president of American Life League, said in response to yesterday's ruling by a U.S. Court of Appeals in Boston.

The court struck down regulations prohibiting abortion referral in federally subsidized birth control programs.
