Feb. 7--Union and company negotiators have tentatively agreed on contract terms covering wages, benefits and working conditions at two local oil refineries: Valero Energy Corp.'s Golden Eagle refinery in Avon and Phillips Petroleum Co.'s refinery in Rodeo.
Talks continued at Royal Dutch/Shell Group's Equilon refinery in Martinez and ChevronTexaco's refinery in Richmond.
