FRANKFURT -- The Messe Frankfurt, producer of the Interstoff fabric fairs, has acquired the Paris textile show Texworld.
Daniel Rubinstein, the founder and former owner of Texworld, will continue as Commissaire General of the upcoming Texworld show Feb. 20-22, the Messe Frankfurt said. The German fair organization also said that Rubinstein and his wife, Nadine Rubinstein-Grinbert, will assist the Messe Frankfurt as consultants in the future.
Texworld is seen by most U.S. buyers as a satellite show and a competitor to Premiere Vision, the all-European upscale fabric show in Paris. Texworld, which features non-European fabrics, as well as ...
