AIDS virus may be transmitted through breast-feeding
It has become common knowledge that the AIDS virus is spread through blood and body fluids, most definitely semen, and perhaps vaginal and cervical secretions, too.
However, little mention is made of breast milk and the possibility that babies being nursed by mothers infected with the AIDS virus may be harmed by the very substance nourishing them.
