Although SBA has grown and evolved in the years since it was established, its mission remains the same: to help Americans start, build and grow businesses. The Syracuse District Office, located at 100 S. Salina St., is responsible for SBA programs and services in Madison County. The district Director is Bernard J. Paprocki. Office hours are 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The SBA information center can be reached at 471-9393.
