Navy Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) is interested by the Navy's plans to develop a so-called littoral combat ship (LCS), according to its commander.
"We are intrigued by the Navy's concept for a littoral combat ship," Rear Adm. Eric Olson last week told an audience at the National Defense Industrial Association's annual Special Operations and Low-intensity Conflict Symposium in Arlington, Va.
