Feb. 9--KINGSTON, N.Y.--New York City Vacation Packages, a subsidiary of Tenenbaum's Vacation Stores Inc., will offer visitors guided walking tours of lower Manhattan, including ground zero, the site of the former World Trade Center.
Every Saturday starting March 2, the three-hour tour will depart from the 50th Street and Broadway subway station at 9 a.m. and end at the South Street Seaport, according to the New York City Vacation Packages Web site.
