PALO ALTO, CALIF. -- Hewlett-Packard continued its digital imaging outreach with the announcement, last week, that it is now shipping a color inkjet printer and color scanner for the mass market.
With estimated retail prices of $99 and $199, respectively, the HP Deskjet 920c color inkjet printer and HP Scanjet 5400c color scanner are a part of HP's effort to reach cost-conscious digital image consumers.
