AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- The Palace of Auburn Hills Atrium will be transformed into a movie theatre setting complete with popcorn machines on Tuesday, February 19, 2002 when The Detroit Pistons' All Star Reading Team celebrates Black History Month with 150 elementary students from the School District of the City of Pontiac between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Detroit Pistons Damon Jones and Rodney White will join community leaders and members of the media in reading to and interacting with 2nd through 5th grade students from Owen Elementary School as part of the Detroit Pistons' Read To Achieve initiative.
