Thomas A. Motta, MAI, SRA, is the 2002 president of the Appraisal Institute. He has been an active member of the organization both locally and nationally and served in numerous capacities. He has been a member of the national Board of Directors since 1995 and the Executive Committee since 1998. He has also chaired the national Publications Committee, Communications Committee, and Technology Outreach Subcommittee.
