Tactical Fusion Group Inc.
AirSecure, LLC a joint venture between Airsopure Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Airtech International Group Inc., (OTCBB: AIRG), and BioSecure Corp., (OTCBB: BSUR), announced today that they have signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Tactical Fusion Group, Inc. (TFG). TFG will be wholly-owned by AirSecure.
