It's been tough keeping up in recent weeks with the status of photo radar.
For example, is photo radar down for the count in Denver now that a judge has said its tickets aren't legal because they weren't prepared by police?
Or will the program be revived in a legal form because city council members profess so much affection for it?
We don't share that affection, as regular readers surely know. Indeed, we've made no secret of our distaste for photo radar - and our suspicion that it is mainly a revenue-generating tool - since photo-radar vans first hit the street more than three years ago.
